Couples coaching meets the couple where they are at in their relationship. We will start there and discover where to go next. We will integrate the NVC process into the sessions and hope to help couples come to a place where they can resolve conflicts and/or disagreements on their own in the future. Our hope is to empower couples so that they will be able to use NVC fluently and effectively.
